Sustainability starts with a mindset. We wanted our sheets to have a long life, as the sheets that inspired us, grounded in a strong belief in craftsmanship.

The quality is carefully selected. It’s a crisp compact durable 100% organic cotton. We use the GOTSGlobal Organic Textile Standard Certification, the leading global textile processing standard, that encompasses the entire textile supply chain. It is based upon respect for people and the planet.

We have chosen not to prewash or stone wash our products for environmental reasons.

For dying our vintage products we have used Oeko-Tex-Standard 100. This is an independent textile label for dying consumer products and semi-finished products at all levels of the textile chain. It is made from materials tested for harmful substances and has been manufactured using environmentally friendly processes, and under safe and socially responsible working conditions.

Down is a natural and almost indestructible material, a very valuable raw material. It has been recycled at all times. Not so long ago, when the fabric of duvets and pillows was worn out, the down was taken out to be washed, it was then mixed with new down before new pillows and duvets were made. For years this way of reusing was forgotten. With today’s technology no new down is needed – you can make new products in 100 percent recycled down. We have given new life to the down and filled our duvet/blanket with recycled down from Re:Down. Shells in 100% plant- and mineral dyed cotton.
